Package Torello.Languages

This provides some simple helper and utility classes for people intending to code or write websites that contain Mandarin Chinese UTF-8 based characters. Google Cloud Server's Translate API has a 'Translate API' for accepting translation-requests, and one of the classes here does some 'pre' and 'post' processing of the material both sent and retrieved from Google Cloud Server. There is another class that has made some in-roads into the plethora of punctuation-characters from the UTF-8 character set that are only found on Chinese Documents.

The amount of effort that is spent on translating documents from foreign-countries allows people to read about events from very-far away. This is likely one of the original purposes, or 'original-intentions' of the promoters and designers of the internet.

Some of the most interesting Mandarin Language websites available on the internet are:

Spanish Language Tools. Primarily this package can help conjugate Spanish Verbs. Much like "the core" of the Chinese Language consists of pictographs and tonal-syllables - concepts which are completely foreign to English - "the core of the Spanish Language" consists of verbs, and verb conjugation. English is not lacking, not completely, conjugated verbs. A fluent English Speaker is capable of recognizing the "running" and "runs" are usually present tense conjugated verbs; while "ran" is a past-tense verby. Most verbs in English have four or five different "forms" a past-tense, a present-tense and a few participle-tenses that work with "helper" words like "have, has, had, will, would & could."

Spanish has 54 different forms for the word "correr" meaning "to run." Each of these forms connotes a tense like past, present and future. The verb-conjugation also connotes concepts like I, You, He-She-They, We, etc. Some forms are very common, while others are (almost, but not-really) obsolete.
